What information do we collect and use?
We collect information when you register. When registering as a private user only some demographic data is requested and you are not required to use your real name. When registering as a company / organization it is advisable but not mandatory to provide real data.
Any data we request that is not required will be specified as "optional".
When registering on our site, you may be asked to enter your name or email address as your user name. This email will be used as your user name and for a safe registration process. The email will not be further used in the system and never given to any third party. It will be used to contact you for example when you forgot your password.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- The name you are using serves for your identification and your profile as well as you being found under this name in the search engine.
- The other demographic data are used in the anonymous statistics and serve to approach you as part of this anonymous statistics.
- Any other data, information, pictures or links, you enter in your profile are not used by Globra Group. You may use the privacy settings to set up detailed privacy rules for your data or delete your data whenever you wish to. We will not store any of the data deleted by you.
- Information to process any paid services we offer, like invoice or what you ordered will only be stored for your information and will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any third party for any reason whatsoever. Payment and credit card details will not be stored at all.
- You may create and publish content under your name or anonymously. Content published under your name can be changed to be anonymous at any time.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information and data.
Your account is password protected and we use password protected directories and databases or SSL (Secure Sockets Layered) technology to safeguard your information.
We use professional and secure servers. Our servers are operating in countries with the highest legal standards with regard to internet privacy and we do not operate under any law which may force us to hand over any of your data without tightest legal control and justice.
If you make a payment transaction your information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers. All this information entered for transactions is solely handled by the payment provider of your choice.
Do we use cookies?
We use technically necessary and session based cookies only. They are used only to find you when you log in, to be able to use your anonymous demographic data and language settings in our statistics and to enable you to manage your password.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to third parties any of your personally identifiable information. So far we do not use any third parties assisting us to provide our services and all our employees are working under tight secrecy and non disclosure agreements.If in the future we decide to involve trusted third parties to assist us in operating our website, they will be operating under the same tight secrecy and confidentiality agreements.

Our users may include links to third party products or services on our website. These third party websites have separate and independent privacy policies we do not control. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of such linked websites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our website and welcome any feedback about such websites. For this we offer a dedicated Suggest & Report Tool for all content and profile pages.
Can users delete their account?
Users may at any time delete their account by using the function "Delete Account" in the Settings. All data of the user will immediately disappear in the network, created content will stay without mentioning or showing the creator any longer. If the user opens his account again within 30 days again, the deletion will be deactivated and the account will get back to where it was at the time of deletion. If the user does not login within these 30 days, all data will be finally deleted from the network database.
European Union General Data Protection Policy (GDPR)
This website is fully compliant with GDPR regulations as it does not store, process, use, sell or make available any information the users enter or publish. Only the username which is used for a safe registration process is saved in the system solely to be used to inform the user about changes of the general policies and to be used in case of a forgotten password. All information the user entersbelongs to the user and can be edited or deleted at any time by the user. If the user decides to delete his whole profile all related information will be deleted automatically and finally after 30 days. The same applies to all connections he himself allows from and to his information. At any timethe user can check all his/her information stored or published on the site, the connections he/she established and approved and the privacy settings.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page and/or update the Privacy Policy modification date below. Policy changes will apply only to information collected after the date of the change. We are translating our privacy rules into many languages. In case of discrepancies arising from translations the english version will prevail.
