It is always best to share your problems with someone, also it has been scientifically proven that embrace has a therapeutic effect.

We all have bad days, but there are always things that you should remember.

1. Get it all out
It is always best to share such things with someone. Parents, friends or partner will serve as an excellent therapy. Anything is better than keeping problems in you.

2. Favorite movie or TV show
One of the good things in such situations includes sitting, relaxing and watching your favorite TV show or movie, even the hundredth time.

3. Going out with friends
When such days come, get to know who will elicit a much needed smile on your face. Turn number of those people; they are ideal for the immediate mood lifting.

4. Embrace your partner
It has been scientifically proven that hug has a therapeutic effect, especially from someone who we love very much. Problems surely will not go away, but at least it will make a lot easier for you.

5. Enjoying the forbidden pleasure
Each of us has one or more such pleasures. It may be chocolate during diet or training or a new dress during savings. When the bad days come, everything is permitted!

6. Dance
It is a kind of physical activity, and when we practice our body produces more endorphin, the hormone of happiness. Put headphones in your ears, and favorite thing on “replay”.

7. Pamper yourself
Hot bath, manicure, pedicure... It's hard that in these situations you feel good in your own skin, and this will surely make you feel better.
