Do you eat cereals for breakfast? You do? Who doesn’t? It’s healthy!
Well cereals, how do you usually get them? Do you collect them in a harvest, then dry them on your terms and then you put them in your bowl with milk? No right?
Cereals and all the process around them is done in a production line, in a production center. Even though there are strict procedures of how it’s everything done, it’s done massively and in a production center. How could that be more healthy than something else?
To dehydrate the cereals and to make them not lose any single smell or taste, they’ve certainly got to add something chemical. There are some theories that you must not eat a cereal as a snack without rehydrating it before.
Meat? Oh that nasty meat! Veganism, vegetarianism, they all say it’s wrong to eat meat. Eat it less than twice a week if you want to be healthy.
And yet they make substitutes for meat in their diet. They must do it or they’ll be deficient in some things they need to have.
The point is – how can something that’s processed and treated with chemicals be more healthy than something we’ve got out in the nature?
And about meat – well diet changed throughout the time, and the nations that lived rough had to eat a lot of meat to be strong enough. That’s the logic. Today we don’t live that rough and harsh and we don’t need the same amount of meat as back then. But we do still need it.
Think about it next time when you open your mouth to say something about healthy food. There are more examples for it for sure.
