Although we all love the some unhealthy foodstuff, give priority to fruits, whether seasonal or tropical. Let fruits be major snacks. Useful and healthy foods, and a disciplined approach to diet will allow you to live without medication and you will feel good.

Be kind
The negative attitude towards life, grouch and boredom have a long term impact on health. So be kind. The feeling that we have when we help someone, is irreplaceable.

Hang out
Talk to people. Hang out. It will make you feel beautiful and accepted. It is essential for the man not to be alone and lonely because such a situation can leave lasting effects on mental and physical health.

Entertain the mind
Read more, listen to radio, solve crossword puzzles ... Entertain your mind with anything, watch movies, weave... As soon as you allow your brain to "wander", it will begin to work worse and worse.

Work hard
Work as much as you can. Heavy and hard work will not kill you. It will empower you, strengthen you, make you happy; you will have more frugal attitude towards money. Savings will give you a sense of security about the future.
