To make up for a lackluster performance of the OS, Windows 8.2 Update 2 is going to be free (not for everyone, but for Windows 8.1 users who may have endured the most in 'OS frustrated time.' The rumor of a free Windows 8.1 update 2 install was claimed by prominent leaker WZOR hacker group via BGR.
