It is understandable that a huge number of marketers use Facebook, like most popular social media channel. It has the biggest number of active users. Their number goes over 2 billion.

On the other side, it does not mean that you should avoid other social media platforms because every one of them has its own specialty. Pinterest is one of the most popular social media platforms you should not ignore.

Many marketers will tell you that Pinterest is perfect for visual marketing campaigns. Some statistics say that is has over 70 million active users, and it's growing every day.

If you do not use visual marketing, now is the final time to start. In this article, I'll give you some tips for effective use of it on Pinterest.

1. Make Selection

It doesn’t matter publishing on Pinterest is free, also is un-following. It is a huge mistake to post a bulk of unimportant things. Be selective about what you will publish on your wall. It is not necessary to publish every single one product from your store.

Make some research first and then pin the best products from your store. You can even search some help from influencers to share your content. That will boost your reach and I hope your sales.

2. Include Your Lifestyle

Don’t forget that your followers are human beings and they have emotions. If you share just your products, be sure that, in some moment, your followers will start to ignore your posts. Sharing your lifestyle can increase the excitement among your followers.

3. Make Partnership With Influencers

You should develop a network of influential guest influencers. It is the major thing if you want to do well with your marketing campaign on Pinterest. You should include guest influencers that can add new and useful insights on your board.

When a guest you invited to post on your board, it appears on the wall of your and their followers. That can help you to increase the number of followers. Don’t invite too many influencers that can ruin the quality of your board.
