The Mehrauli Archaeological Park is a treasure trove of various old monuments like Tomb of Balban, JamaliKamali Mosque, JamaliKamboh, Rajaon Ki Baoli, GandhakkiBaoli and Quli Khan's Tomb. Anyone wanting to bask in serenity of these timeworn memorials and capture their beauty should spend some time relaxing here.

2. Check Out The Iron Pillar Of Mehrauli                     Iron Piller of Mehrauli
The iron pillar of Mehrauli, also known as KirtiStambh (Column of Fame or Victory Pillar) is a 23 ft. (7m) tall iron pillar famous for its composition of rust-resistant metals which cause the iron pillar to never rust, a marvel of ancient metallurgical technology. The pillar was erected in 3rd or 4th Century CE by King Chandragupta II.

3. And of course, the Qutub Minar!                      the Qutub Minar

Qutub Minar is one of those monuments synonymous with Delhi, and Mehrauli. This soaring 73m high tower’s construction was commenced by Qutub-ud-din-Aibak and completed by his successor Iltutmush, and was erected as a tower of victory to signify the beginning of the Muslim rule in India. It also served as a minaret to the muezzins to call the faithful to prayer. There is no doubt that the Qutub Minar is not only one of the finest monument in Delhi, but the whole of India.

4. Getting lost was never so much fun! Check out the BhoolBhullaiya!Secret Delhi: Adham Khan's Tomb - BhoolBhullaiya
The BhoolBhullaiya is an octagonal maze around 5m high, where it is very easy to get lost (it was built specifically for this purpose). The maze part is not open to the public, but you can surely admire other parts of the monument. It is also supposed to be haunted (!!)

5. Eat your fill at the nearby restaurants.
Mehrauli has various restaurants which can be visited in the night after you’ve had a day exploring the monuments. Live music and cultural performances can be found in the fancier restaurants.
