How to always have healthy and beautiful hair?

Tips for people with Straight Hair

Many people believe that straight hair does not require too much hair care, but this is not the case. It is true that straight hair is easier to manage compared to curly hair in general, but that does not mean that you should avoid hair care routine for straight hair. Most people do not know that the natural oils from the scalp travel down the complete length of straight hair and cover the hair evenly. If you neglect your straight hair, eventually it will become greasy and hard to wash.

How to Wash your Hair

Don’t use shampoo containing sulfate chemicals; this will eliminate any oiliness or greasiness on your scalp and hair. Shampoos with sulfate are usually for oily hair. Just because you have oily hair, that doesn’t mean that you have to wash your hair every single day. If you wash your hair too often, that can cause damage as well. Limit hair washing to once in 2-3 days. If you want your straight hair to look very smooth and soft all the time, you must use a conditioner to achieve that. This is very important as well.

Choose a conditioner that is enriched with essential oils - argan oil, coconut oil, or jojoba oil, this will hydrate your hair and you will get all the nutrients your hair needs.

Do not put conditioner on your scalp, this will prevent it from building up and it will make your hair look flat and greasy. Instead of that, apply the conditioner on your neck and pull it down until you reach the end of your hair. Straight hair can look very boring if it falls flat. But there is a solution to this problem. That solution is called – volumizing mousse. Buy any natural volumizing mousse and apply several drops throughout your hair when your hair is still wet. This will increase volume to your hair and your hair will look much more beautiful.

Tips for people with Wavy Hair

This is very tricky now. Wavy hair is quite difficult to maintain but if you know what you are doing it will not be a problem.

How to Wash Your Wavy Hair

The first thing you need to know: Don't wait too long from the last wash of your curly hair because it can cause severe hair fall, but if you wash it too often, this can dry it out too much.

For Wavy Hair it is the best to wash it every 3-4 days, this will be enough to keep your hair healthy and nice looking.

Always use a microfiber towel to dry your hair.

Additional Tips for Wavy Hair

To create more definition on your waves, condition your hair every time you wash it. A hair massage will help you a lot, massage your hair with pumpkin seed oil, olive oil, and coconut oil before you wash it or leave it overnight. This process will condition and nourish the hair from within and your hair will become shinier and softer.

Severe weather conditions such as strong wind and harsh sun can create a lot of damage and can cause split ends in your wavy hair. The best way to prevent this is to apply jojoba oil to the ends of your hair and leave it all night on. This entire process will make your hair look very healthy.
